Michelle's Carrot Cake

1 ¼ cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
3 cups grated carrots

Blend oil and sugar; beat in eggs and soft dry ingredients. Mix in carrots. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hr. 15 minutes. Let cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
