Apple Pie

¾ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
6 cups granny smith apples
2 Tbs. butter
9” piecrust, top & bottom

Slice apples. Mix all dry ingredients and stir in apples. Let sit while doing crust. Put apple mixture onto bottom piecrust, and dot with butter. Put crust on top.
