Dark Chocolate Cake (Chris Barker's)

1 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 Tbs. vanilla
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 Tbs. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 ½ cups flour
1 cup boiling water

Mix all together but add boiling water last and very slowly. This recipe makes one 9x13 and one 8x8 cake. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
